Join the Bench. We’ll Call When We Hire.

The process

How hiring will work

1. 1. Apply here

Name, phone, role, and whether you can get to jobs on time. No resume required.

2. 2. Short call

Matthew calls. We talk work ethic, schedule, and whether mobile work fits.

3. 3. Paid trial day

Ride along on a real route. Detail, tint, or junk — whichever role you applied for.

4. 4. Offer

If it’s a fit, we lock days, pay, and start date. If not, you stay respectful and we part clean.

Roles we will hire first: mobile detailer, tint installer, junk helper. Reliable transportation is required for most jobs.
