   Our word, and yours

   Gospel Detailing LLC is faith-driven. We treat a booking as a real yes — that window is held for you and nobody else. Let your yes be yes. If you book it, we show up ready to work. If you need to move it, tell us.

2. 02

   Sunday is the Lord’s Day

   We are closed Sunday so we can worship, rest, and be with family. Online booking will not offer Sunday. Holiday weeks may also close — if a day is blocked on the calendar, it is not available.

3. 03

   Work as unto the Lord

   Every job gets honest effort. No shortcuts, no fake shine, no upsell you do not need. We walk the vehicle or the pile first, give a clear price, and do the work we said we would do. If something extra is needed, we ask before we start.

4. 04

   How to change or cancel

   Text or call (404) 594-9262 at least 24 hours before your window. Memberships pause or cancel by text — no contract, no guilt. Same-day changes are a courtesy when we can fill the slot; they are not guaranteed.

5. 05

   Late and no-show

   We run tight windows: 8:00–10:00, 10:30–12:30, 2:00–4:00, and 4:30–6:30. If we cannot reach you and cannot access the vehicle, we may release the time after 15 minutes so the next neighbor is not waiting. Repeat no-shows can lose online booking. We will still try to get you back on the calendar by text.

6. 06

   On your driveway

   We come to you. Please leave room around the vehicle, secure pets, and keep kids clear of equipment. We work clean, keep our language clean, and treat your home like it is ours. Music stays respectful. We do not go through personal belongings.

7. 07

   Weather

   If rain, freeze, or storm would ruin the result, we reschedule detailing at no charge. Light rain often still works for junk haul-away. We will text if we need to move you.

8. 08

   Payment

   Cash, credit, or debit when the job is done. Price is confirmed before we start. We do not hide fees. Tips are never expected.

9. 09

   Who we serve

   Every customer is treated with dignity. We may decline a job that is unsafe, illegal, or that would require us to cut corners or hide the truth. For junk, we will not haul items we cannot lawfully dispose of. If we cannot take the work, we will say so plainly and help you find another time or another shop.
